Returning To China

Just over three years ago, an Ulsterman went to work where few Ulstermen and women have worked before – China. There were many adventures. Many amazing people. Many tantrums and much disbelief. But there was also an abundance of warmth and experiences. Today, that Ulsterman returns, determined to bring a new meaning to the term ‘food coma.’ Posts to follow soon!
